Price list or label 


The price list is also known as the suggested price list or suggested retail price, this list provide the required knowledge of the product that has sold out in future. In this list the manufacturer or the seller have the option to give a simple way to convey the price and quantity as well as other features of the goods and services or various products.

Price list configuration in different software is easy and less costly. It can maintain all the goods in single page.
The price list contains vary features and advantages that would help to communicate with the customer having great impact.

Now, we discuss how price list generated from the telly ERP 9 software and it's configuration for the task:

In telly ERP 9, we can create different price lable and assign a different price list to these price lables for example we can create wholesalers, distributer and customer as a price lables to the price lables as per your requirement so only the relevant price and discount rates are used during a entry of orders and invoices. Before you start creating price list we may decide to create price lables as required:

1. Creating the price lables.
2. Assigning a price lables to ledgers accounts.
3. Using price lables during a invoicing ( voucher entries)
Telly ERP 9 software also work as price list maker for different types of goods and provide easy reading and great understanding of the product for their customers.

Practical aspects of creation of price list:


Step 1: create or choose your existing company then press F11 key for company features then select inventory features:

Enable use  separate discount column in invoices.
Enable Use multiple price level (Choose wholesaler or retailer).

Step 2: Go to gateway of telly select account info create ledgers:

1. Purchase a/c.     Under.        Purchase account.

2. Sales a/c             under.         Sales account.

3. Bank a/c.             Under.         Bank accounts

4. Creditors a/c     Under.         Sundry creditors

5. Debtors a/c.       Under.          Sundry debtors.
     ( Choose wholesaler).

Step 3: Go to gateway of telly select inventory info then create:
Stock group, categories, item, go down, units.

Step 4: Go to gateway of Telly --> inventory info--> choose price list then create stock information into the list.

Step 5: Back to gateway of Telly select inventory voucher then pass entries:

Press f9 for purchase voucher ( purchase entry)
Press f5 for payment voucher.

Press f8 for sales voucher (sale entry)

Press f5 for receipt voucher.

Step 6: Back to gateway of Telly --> display--> day book. ( For checking entries)


(Note: if you want to delete price you can go to inventory info select price list then update it or you also go to inventory features and unable the price list features.)
