The definition of business environment is a collection of all internal and external factors which includes as employees, customer needs and expectations, supply and demand, management client, suppliers social trends innovation in technology etc. These factors affects the major function of the company. These functions or factors influence the market competition and business organizations.

Business environment also helps to indentifying various kinds of opportunity and threat's that they usually involves. Including useful resources improve the overall performance, growth and profitability of a organizations help to achieve future goals.
A business can be established but to successfully sustainable for a business the business organizations need resources such as finance for which it has to depands on various financial institutions.

Market forces

The market forces which affects the business environment are suppliers, customer, media influence, economic growth, investors technology and trends also other types of personality who are working outside of business.   • In micro environment business or organisation have to face small external factors but the external macro environment determine the various opportunities for a company or a firm exploit for promoting it's business and also there are hug amount of threats to it.
   It also can put many restrictions on the expaction of business activities. So as usually it can create positive as well as negative aspects.

All the external forces : Businesses are very diverse and dynamic. External forces have more impact then internal forces as it  could be  control but external forces such government, banks, boom stage, demand and supply, customers etc. Where there is no  control or occupation of the business may be change. 

Uncertainty : It is worldwide truth that every business or organisation have to  face the uncertainty of business environment. All the factors are always not reliable to trust. It can create opportunities as well as disappointment. 

Dynamic : the normal course of operations are very dynamic and continues. It is being Change every time for example: if A company is suffering from huge losses so in future it may grab huge amount of profit also.
