How to create company


The first step after download telly ERP 9  software we shall start working on the telly ERP 9 and firstly we create a new company by choosing "create company" option. After choosing it you will see all important data which must be entered into telly such as company name, country, state, contact no., Website etc. After entering data that company will be created.

There are brief points that will help to understand each heading of company creations screen.

Directory

The first head is for directory selection. It is basically a path where the all information and data would be save. If you want to change the directory path then you can simply press backspace and enter your desired path but if you skip the directory selection it automatically by default saved in earlier specified field.

 Company Name


In the name field you have to enter company original name which data will going to be maintain. This name will be appeare in all the bills, payment and all invoices of company at the top.

Mailing and address


In addition to the company name, telly ERP 9 has a one more option to enter mailing name field. This name automatically shows the company name by default. If company name and mailing name is different then the mailing name will be considered for invoicing.

Statutory compliance


Select the country from the list given. Country selection is important for statutory compliance. The statuary features and taxes is different from country to country hence selecting the specific country the statutory compliance are automatically enabled according to the country. For example if you selected country is India then currency symbol automatically appears as rupees.

State

Accordingly to the country selection you can select the state from given list.

PIN code

Specify the PIN code (postal Index No.) Of the specific address.

Telephone

Enter your company telephone number.

E-mail Address 

The email address must be entered which will used for e-mail documents, invoices etc.

Maintain 

In this specific field you will see two heads that is "Accounts only" and "Accounts with inventory". 
Accounts only : This category helpful for such companies who have no inventory related accounts. These companies do not sales or purchase the inventory. For example: banks etc.
Accounts with Inventory: This category is used for maintaining accounts as well as inventory management. These types of companies purchase and sale inventory and have inventory management.

Financial year 

You have to enter the financial year in which the company is going to be started as well as the ending date.

Security and password.

For securing the software and your companies information and data you can enter the specific password or key. By using the password your all data cannot be access through any other person.
